The Olympic Agenda: Change Or Be Changed
As IOC President Thomas Bach prepared to pass along the torch after the Paris 2024 Games, this film offers a unique insight into his 12-year leadership of the Olympic Movement.
Filmed in Paris during the 2024 Games, with intimate, behind-the-scenes access to athletes and events, it captures a rare and personal view of the Games at a pivotal moment in Olympic history.
Since his inauguration in 2013, Bach’s Olympic Agenda has shaped the lives of athletes, fans, and communities around the world. The film explores how his reforms have modernised the Games, strengthened their values, and laid foundations for the future of the movement.
His Agenda has prioritised important societal issues, including gender parity, refugees, sustainability, and using sport as a force for peace and unity. From rising Olympians to global leaders and Heads of State, voices from across sport and society share their perspectives on the changes he brought and the legacy he leaves behind.
My role as Producer/Director and additional camera operator involved being on the ground throughout the tournament, filming events and interviews with key contributors while managing production on location, through to edit producing and overseeing the final delivery of the film.
